I'm Jessica Valand, founder of Veikart Advising.
Veikart Advising is a boutique consulting practice offering strategic advising, research, and technical assistance to mission-driven organizations working at the intersection of workforce development, economic opportunity, and public systems and data.
I work with nonprofits, chambers of commerce, regional workforce entities, educational institutions, and philanthropic partners to assess local labor market conditions, provide policy recommendations, align programs with evidence-based practices, and improve economic outcomes for individuals and communities.
My approach is practical, data-informed, and grounded in more than 20 years of experience designing, administering and evaluating public programs across workforce, human services, and economic development systems.
